

They just bully people into paying money.

They said ‘when did we say we can’t do anything? Please send a screenshot of that too’ They treat their customers with no respect whatsoever.

I told them I was worried that they can’t do anything else now and that I have to talk to my bank. I took a screenshot of their reply and sent it to their WhatsApp. As if they can’t do anything else from their end. They replied saying - your refund is processed from our end, talk to your bank for further queries. I told them that it’s been more than a week since I requested for a refund but still no update from my bank. I messaged their Instagram messenger and WhatsApp. I checked my inbox, junk folder, there is still no refund receipt email. They responded soon and told me that they sent me the refund receipt on my email. I ordered a dress from them on March 18th and within 30 minutes of placing my order, I asked them for a refund. Try going through your bank or insurance. I would never order from them again, but if you have already placed an order you have not recieved. However, I am happy my bank could scare them into sending at least something. Quality wise, its still a hard pass and the color does not match what I ordered at all.

The day after my bank opened a case, they miraculously sent me a text message saying a package was on its way. As part of the insurance policy, my bank tried to claim the money on my behalf. I thought it was a lost case, but as a last resort I contacted my bank as adviced by a friend. This yielded no response, and that is when i read all the other negative reviews about them. The initial e-mail said I would be notified when my package was sent, so after waiting for way over the "estimated shipping" time I contacted them through e-mail. I ordered two dresses from them earlier this year.
